With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of William “Bill” Kinne, a beloved husband, father, and friend. Bill lived a life of service, faith, and dedication to his family and community.
Born in Meridale, NY, Bill began his working life alongside his father and brothers, constructing homes under the family business, Kinne Builders. He later proudly served as a sergeant in the Army National Guard, demonstrating his strong commitment to his country. After his military service, Bill then took employment at Singer Link, Co. using his construction talents in the Woodworking Department.
Bill was a man of deep faith, serving in his church as a Sunday school teacher, Bible study leader, deacon, and missionary treasurer. He was a prayer warrior and touched countless lives in his community.
Outside of his professional and church activities, Bill enjoyed hunting and woodworking, often crafting projects that reflected his love for the outdoors. He also cherished time with family and friends, playing board games or cheering for his favorite football and baseball teams.
He enjoyed “family days” and time spent with his brothers and sisters.
He had a servant's heart and used his many skills helping family members with many household building projects.
