Ursula I. Atutis

Ursula I. Atutis, 92, of Chenango Forks passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 27, 2024. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard Atutis Sr.; sons, Bernard Atutis Jr. and Robert Atutis; daughter, Bernadine Atutis; and sister, Bruni. Ursula is survived by her daughter, Diana (Steve) Robinson; son, Mark Atutis; grandchildren, Bradley (Betsey) Robinson, Tonya (Brad) Robinson, Aaron Atutis and Adriane Atutis; great-grandchildren, Abbey and Lilly Robinson; and brother, Werner Weiss. Ursula was born and grew up in Germany. After moving to the US she settled in Little Falls, NY where she met the love of her life, Bernard. Eventually they moved to the Triple Cities and started their family. She loved gardening both flowers and vegetables, and most of all she loved her animals. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend and she will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her. A graveside service will be held 12:30pm Friday, August 30 at Maple Grove Cemetery, 347 East Hill Road, Binghamton, NY 13901. Arrangements are under the direction of Root Funeral Home, 23 N.
