Robert Madden Jr.

Robert “Bob” Madden Jr., 61 of Greene, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert Sr. and Patricia Madden. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Wendy (Gifford) Madden; daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Nick Grossmann of Sweden; son and best friend, Kurt Madden; daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Zach Whittaker; grandchildren, Sawyer and Grace Whittaker, Nora and Matilda (Tilly) Grossmann; sisters, Karen West, Maurean Fortenbaugh and Laura Smyder; sisters and brothers-in-law, Margaret and Robert Fox and Suzanne and David Brennan; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Laura and Michael Beltz, Jodie and Rick Utter and Charlie and Kiska Gifford and many nieces and nephews. Bob loved his family and loved helping with projects. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren. He leaves behind so many memories, “Bob Madden” stories, and laughs. He truly was one of a kind.  At this time due do to covid  funeral services will be private. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
