Raymond L. Carr, 78 of Smithville Center, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Mary Carr; brothers, Bert, Charlie, Paul, Donald and George and his 2 wives, Linda Wetzel and Diane Carr. Ray is survived by his daughters, Peggy Sue Carr, Heather Alberti, Michelle Kehl and Cindy Jane Carr; son, Jon Paul Carr; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brother and sister-in-law, John Henry and Janice Carr; brother, Lenny Carr; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Del Sellers and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
