Peter C. Smith, 56, of Vestal passed away on March 31, 2025. He was predeceased by his mother, Fay Smith. He is survived by his father, Frank M. Smith III; significant other, Tammy Wyskowski and daughter, Tianna Wyskowski: brother and sister-in-law, Frank M. Smith IV and Jodi Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Norman and Betsy Smith; sister and brother-in-law, Yvonne (Smith) Bullock and Seth Bullock; and son, Lukas. Services are private.
