Patrick Grow of Oxford,

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved husband and father, Patrick Grow, 77, of Oxford.  He passed away on July 6th, at Wilson Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loved ones. Pat was predeceased by his parents, Dudley and Vina Grow; brother, Douglas Grow; sister, Anne Osman; daughter, Bernadette Daire and grandson, Garrett McMahon. He is survived by his loving wife, Michal-Ann Grow; daughter's, Terri (Luciano) Piccirilli, Melissa (JR) Kelley; sons, Michael ( Wendy) Grow-Stulir, and Jeramiah Hurlburt; sister, Mary ( Dan) Ford; grandchildren, Ryan McMahon, Michael Piccirilli, Luciana Quenneville, Caleb and Nicole Grow-Stulir, Seaborn, Maxwell, and Grace Kelley; great-grandchildren, Michael and Santino Piccirilli, and Viviana Quenneville; special nephews and niece, Joe Osman, Dick Osman, and Kim Aranowicz and his most special dog Spookie, his 4 pound pomeranian. Pat graduated from Binghamton North High School and then enrolled in the United States Navy where he served 4 years before starting his 30 year construction career. Pat was a proud father and grandfather, a faithful friend and outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He was also a founding member of the Bobel Hunting Club. This gentle giant with beautiful blue eyes will be greatly missed by all. A special thank you to the staff at UHS-Wilson ED, CVICU, and NT3 for the wonderful and compassionate care Pat received these last few weeks. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday July 22, 2023 at The American Legion Hillcrest at 2:00pm. Burial will be private at the family's request. We would like to encourage donations to the American Heart Association in Pat's name as he suffered from heart disease that led to his passing. Condolences may be sent to www.rootfh.com.
