Patricia "Sunshinee" Anne Mulligan, 76 of Harpursville, NY. Formally from Bloomfield, NJ, where she was raised and Long Branch, NJ. where she ran her ministry, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday. March 7, 2021. She was predeceased by her parents, Luigi "Louis" and Marie Capaccio. Patricia is survived by her husband of 30 years, Reverend Harley Mulligan; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Marie and James Frey; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia "Tricia"  Anne and Joseph Reo; daughter and son-in-law, Laura Christine and Matthew Riewerts; son, Caillou Mulligan and 6 grandchildren, Gabby Lynn, Nathan Scott, and Emily Margaret-Rose Riewerts and Joseph Luigi, Mia Soleil, and Savannah Rose Marie Reo. Patricia's entire life was dedicated to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as her best friend and husband Harley, her children, and her grandchildren. Patricia showed unconditional love to everyone she came across. She always followed the example of Christ. She fed the hungry, befriended the lonely, and prayed with the sick. She was a co-founder of the "House of Ruth" ministries where she loved and served the Lord sharing her life and home with those who were lost. Ensuring they knew they were loved by her and their Father in heaven. Sunshinee was and always will remain a light in this dark world. Her legacy will continue through faith. "Just Jesus"!! As she always said, she has flown to Glory to meet her Savior and all those that have flown before her. "Rest Easy Mommy, in the arms of the Savior."
