Merle B. Rotherforth

Merle B Rotherforth passed peacefully into our Makers arms on December 18, 2019. He was a native of Smithville Flats  and relocated to New Port Richey, FL in 1989. He retired from Singer Link after 33 years of service. He is survived by his son, Darryl with his wife Gail and his three grandchildren, Andrew Brian and Emily; two brothers, David (married to Doris) living in Dandridge, TN and Bruce living in New Port Richey, FL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth (Nee-Baker), his son Steven, his father Emmett, and his mother Florence. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Geneganslet Fire Company at Genegantslet Fire Company, Inc. 5273 State HWY 41 PO Box 151 Smithville Flats NY 13841-0151 or HPH Hospice at HPH Hospice, 6801 Rowan Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
