Mark D. Tennant, 69, of Greene passed away on June 17, 2023. He was predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Lois Tennant. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Mary Tennant; son, Jason Tennant; son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Becki Tennant; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Joe Roth; grandchildren, Dylan Tennant, Ryan Tennant, Ashley Tennant, Peyton Tennant, Caleb Tennant, Ava Tennant, Jackson Roth, Lillianna Roth and Abigail Roth; great-grandchildren, Isabella Tennant, Mayah Tennant and Zeppelin Tennant; brother, Douglas Tennant; sisters, Darleen (Louie) Giovannini, Diann (Patrick) Mckay and Linda (Charles) Eaton; beloved dog, Sallie; an unlce and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mark retired from Raymond Corporation after 47 years of service. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping. He loved and cherished his family and friends and will be dearly missed by all. Friends of the family may call from 10:00am to 12:00pm Saturday, June 24 at Root Funeral Home, 23 N. Chenango St, Greene, NY 13778. A graveside service will follow at South Street Cemetery in Triangle, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Greene EMS, 30 Birdsall St, Greene, NY 13778.
