In Loving Memory of Margaret Mary (Peggy) Gorman of Greene

 Margaret Mary Gorman, affectionately known as Peggy, age 80, passed away at Wilson Hospital on July 6, 2025. She was born in Albany, NY, as the eldest child of the late Genevieve and Thomas Gorman. Peggy is also predeceased by her son, Richard and granddaughter, Amanda. She was survived by Loving children, Rob (his late wife Sheryl), Jill (Tim), Patty (her late husband Gordy), Shari (her late husband Paul), and Andy (his late wife Gale); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even great-great-great-grandchildren. Peggy was not only a devoted mother to her family but also a cherished grandmother. She was also cherished to many in her community and fellow church members. Her warm smile and gentle spirit were a beacon of love and kindness to everyone she met. Peggy had a talent for bringing people together, often hosting gatherings filled with laughter, storytelling, and delicious homemade meals. In her later years, she enjoyed solving word searches and watching her beloved New York Giants games every Sunday. She was a dedicated parishioner at Immaculate Conception Church. Peggy's faith was the cornerstone of her life. She was actively involved in numerous community service projects, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a listening ear to those in need. Her legacy of compassion and generosity will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her. A memorial mass will be held 12:00 pm July 18, 2025 at Immaculate Conception Church in Greene.
