June Marie Dean

June Marie Dean of Binghamton passed away peacefully on November 2, 2023. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Beatrice Rounds, her beloved daughter, Tamra Carney and brother, Terry Rounds. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Susan Dean of Binghamton; grandchildren, Shawn and Amanda Dean, Sierra and Nicholas Merrill, Gregory Noble, Sonya Dean and Stacey Whaley; great-grandchildren, Cash, Savannah, Levi, Baylee and Nolan; brother, Jack Rounds. June worked at Greene Central Schools and retired from both AT&T and Wilson Hospital. Her passions were caring and giving to others and dancing. She was a wonderful and beautiful mother, grandmother and sister and she touched the lives of so many. The family would like to thank the K6 Unit at Binghamton General for their outstanding care of June. Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Root Funeral Home, 23 N.
