Joseph James Halko Jr.

Joseph James Halko Jr. has joined that spirit in the sky this March 9, 2025; due to a heart condition. He is Survived by his son, Joe James Halko 3; his daughter, Amber Lynn Halko; sisters, Elizabeth Halko Darmochwal and Joe Rossi, and his best friend and caretaker, Rae Linn Sampson and Angel. He has joined with his parents, Joseph James Halko Sr. and Ada Halko. He was a professional guitar player and a manufacturer in welding. He had so many friends because his heart was so big and would love to play for anyone and everyone so let’s raise a toast for a wonderful man, father, friend and jammer. We know he’s at peace having a great Jam-session. There are things we don’t want to happen, but we have to accept, there are things we don’t want to know, but we have to learn and people we can’t live without, but we have to let go, but are never forgotten. There will be a celebration of life at Davy’s last chance saloon March 22 at noon. Arrangements are under the direction of Root Funeral Home, 23 N.
