James P. Yankelitis

James P. Yankelitis, 57, of Greene stepped into the presence of the Lord on Sunday, October 9, 2022. He is predeceased by his loving parents, Peter and Sadie Yankelitis. James is survived by his sister, Patricia Spalding; sister and brother-in-law, Lynne and Jack Davis; brother and sister-in-law, David and Yvonne Yankelitis; brother, Donald Yankelitis; numerous nieces and nephews and his church family that he loved dearly. Jim worked at SUNY Binghamton as a maintenance worker. He met many wonderful people at the University and he cherished their friendship. Jim was a big sports fan, he especially liked the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, Ohio State Buckeyes and the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Jim was also the lead usher of the Berean Bible Church of Greene.
