George Koster Obituary

George W. Koster, 80, of Coventry passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Cortland Park Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his parents, Emil and Pearl (Bickford) Koster and an infant son, William Allen. George is survived by his wife, Joanne (Armlin) Koster; 2 sons, Joseph and Eric; granddaughter, Emily; brother and sister-in-law, Owen and Sandy Koster and sister and brother-in-law, Verna and George Fox. George was employed over 30 years at Queens Farms and Coventry Transport. He then worked for Greene, Windsor and Chenango Forks School Districts. Private burial services are under the direction of Root Funeral Home, 23 North Chenango Street, Greene, New York 13778. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.rootfh.com.
