Brian A. Tweedie, 65, of Binghamton passed away on October 2, 2023. He was predeceased by his parents, Douglas and Ellen (Preston) Tweedie. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Jeannine and Bob Burlison of Greene; brother, Martin Tweedie of Pinedale, WY; 4 nieces; 3 nephews; 2 grand-nieces; 7 grand-nephews; 1 great grand-niece and many cousins. Brian was a waiter at an upscale Mexican restaurant, Anita's, in Vienna, Virginia and Baron's Inn in Greene. He detailed cars in Binghamton and Johnson City for many years. His most recent job was as a custodian at Lourdes Hospital. He had a lifelong love for playing the guitar. The family would like to thank those who showed companionship and kindness to Brian on his journey. May he rest in peace. A memorial service will be held 11:00am Saturday, October 21 at the First Congregational Church, 28 N Chenango St, Greene, NY 13778. Friends of the family may call from 10:00am until the time of service at the First Congregational Church. A committal service will follow at Sylvan Lawn Cemetery.
