Barbara Benstein Obituary

Barbara Ann Benstein (nee Braun) of Greene, passed away after a long battle with dementia on July 28, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Karl G. and Margaret L. Braun and her husband, Frederick H. Benstein. She is survived by her children, Lynn(Kevin) Moran and Elizabeth(James) Daniels; grandchildren, Megan(Joe)Rojas, Leah(Alex)Trevor, Jamie Daniels and Patrick(Ali) Daniels and her great-grandchildren- Sonia, Malcolm, Everett and Alaina as well as her sister, Lois Foess, her children and grandchildren. She should be remembered as a University of Michigan graduate, an excellent teacher, a life-long learner, a world traveler, a voracious reader and phenomenal knitter.
