Robert L. Skinner, 75, of Port Crane passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Inez Skinner; in-laws, Donald Badger Sr. and Gertrude Peet, Dawn and Bob Howell, Cindy Shaffer; and Danny Badger. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; three sons, Robert (Shannon) Skinner, Michael (Robert) Skinner, Chad (Shannon) Page and daughter, Tisha (Jeff) Brigham; brother and sister-in-law, Charles (Janet) Skinner and sister and brother-in-law, Patricia (Michael) Osgood; 18 grandchildren; 22 nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law, John (Bonnie) Shaffer, Donald (Rosemary) Badger Jr.; sister and brother-in-laws, Cathy (Jim) Houghton, Patty (Kevin) Brundage, Nancy (Dan) Williams, Linda (Mike) Park and, life-long friend, Dean Calice. Bob was an avid bowler, golfer, traveler and sports fan of which jeering the Yankees was a favorite past time. A special thank you to Dr. J. and Melissa at UHS dialysis clinic. Family and friends may call 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow Saturday October 14, 2017 at Root Funeral Home, 23 North Chenango Street Greene, New York 13778.
