Peter N. Orr

On Thursday, April 5th 2018, Peter N. Orr, beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and dear friend, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 77. Peter will forever be remembered by his family for his love of homemade Mac n Cheese - and to others for his kindness and compassion. He served as a U.S Marine for 4 years and then moved on to devote 26 years of his life to the Binghamton Fire Department. He survived by his two sons, David Orr and Ronald Palmer and four daughters, Rebecca Orr, Bonita Wagner, Darlene Lashway, and Brenda Page. His memory will be carried on through them and by his 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and the many friends that he had.
Peter spent his Sunday’s at church, praising the Lord and spent his life spreading God's love and word. He resided in Greene where he attended church at Living Word Christian Center, located at 157 Pruitt Lane, off of Stillwater Road, in Greene NY. His funeral services will be held there on Saturday, April 14th 2018, at 2:00 pm. A late lunch will be held afterwards for all of Peters friends and family to attend.
