Frances J. Crumb

Frances Jeanette Crumb, 90, of Smithville Flats passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Edwin M. Crumb, numerous brothers and sisters, close in-laws Morna and George Walker as well as Ralph and Esther Crumb. She is survived by her three children, Cheryl Goodrich, Darryl Crumb, and Susan Desmond; seven grandchildren, David and Joy Goodrich, Russell Hurlburt, Melissa Bucciarelli, Ashlie Willes, Angela Robinson, and Branden Desmond; several great-grandchildren, and many great-nieces and nephews. Frances’ passion was her family and her farm. Friends and family may call Saturday, February 9, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. with the memorial service to follow at 4:00 p.m. at Root Funeral Home, 23 North Chenango Street, Greene, NY 13778.
