David Charles Sandway

David Charles Sandway, 51, passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2013 at Wilson Memorial Hospital Johnson City. He was predeceased by his mother, Martha Rusack Sandway. David is survived by his wife, Laurie Goosley Sandway; two sons, Michael and Alexander; father, Charles Sandway; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Tarma and David Cole, Kayla and Sigmund Klos; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ted and Sonia Goosley; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lynn and Timothy Polman, T.J. and Danielle Goosley; nieces and nephews, Brian and Steven Cole, Jacob and Eliza Klos, Rachel and Garrett Polman, Justin and Annamarie Goosley; his “brothers”, Mike, Charlie, George, Bill and Paul; and aunts, uncles, many friends, and coworkers. Dave was a nurse practitioner at UHS Primary Care in Greene. He was active in the Boy Scouts and he was a wonderful and loving husband and father. A memorial service will be held 10:30AM Tuesday at Berean Bible Church, Greene. Friends of the family may call Monday from 1-3 and 6-8PM at Root Funeral Home 23 N. Chenango St. Greene, NY 13778.
