My most beautiful brother Chris. Your long cloud lifted, now you are again fast and free.
My brother Chris is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known. A master of his physical environment, a creative artisan in spirit and, at his core, one of the warmest and most giving people one could ever hope to know, he gave all that was in him to those he loved, his time, his energy, his whole being without question. I see him every hour, walking before my eyes, from right to left, sliding me one of his confident, infectious smiles that I loved so much about him, and seeming to say . . . “And for my next act.”
I miss him immensely. I miss who he is and who he could have been. I thank him without measure for being here, for the things he taught me and for placing in my heart the feeling of humility. And mostly, I hope with all my heart and soul that I will get to spend time with him again, pondering existence and building all manner of interesting things together.
