Beverly Deabler, 84, of Greene was taken home with the angels on August 31, 2017 to be with her husband Herb and daughter Donna who predeceased her. Bev leaves behind her strong will to live, her strength, and love to her children, James (Sandra) Deabler of Virginia Beach, VA, Carla (Phillip) Brown of Greene, Paula (Jan) Winner of Oxford. Bev also leaves her greatest gifts who called her Grandma and G.G., James (Tara) Deabler of Virginia Beach, VA, Jill (Nate), McKenzie, Jeremy, and Cody Lopnow of Ocean City, MD, Jamie (Lance), and Maddy DeFoggi of Virginia Beach, VA, Jennifer (Brandon), Ethan and Wyatt Vaughan of Chesapeake, VA, Anthony P. Alexandria, Tyler, and Keegan Brown of Greene, Angela (Michael) Ahraya, and Ella Whitt of Greene, Ashley (Brian) Winner of New Port Richey, Florida and Jarid J. Winner of Oxford. Bev also leaves her nephew Reed, and her two nieces Renee, and Rena, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends and her beloved Lacey. Bev was a member of the Zion Episcopal Church, the Greene Lionettes, and a dedicated member of the Christian Caring Services. A memorial service will be held will be held 7:00pm Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the Zion Episcopal Church, 10 North Chenango Street, Greene, NY 13778. Calling hours will be 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the church. Bev’s family would like to thank Chenango County Hospice and her four caregivers, Cassie, Mary, Tammy, and Judy for their love and care so mom could be at home with her family during her final days. Mom’s wishes were, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Chenango County Hospice 21 Hayes Street, Norwich, New York 13815.
