Barbara Utter O’Brien, passed away on Tuesday, May23, 2017 in Liberty SC. She was born Feb. 7, 1934 to the late Frederick and Hazel Winston. She was also predeceased by Jim O’Brien. Barbara is survived by her sisters and their spouses, Beverly (Keith) Sabin), Martha (Jim) DiGennaro and Betty (Ken) Ceplo; her children, Dawn Fairchild, Mark (Sandra) Utter, and Michael (Maria) Utter; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She had many close friends and neighbors in South Carolina. She enjoyed traveling, dining out, helping others , worked in several areas of the country and was respected by co-workers.
